Matsui MA-5 & MA-6 Card Shredders

We provide MA-5 and MA-6 card shredders for land-based casinos, poker rooms, card rooms and live table gaming operations that need a secure, fast and controlled way to destroy used playing cards. The product is designed to support casino security procedures by ensuring that retired decks are thoroughly destroyed instead of being stored, reused, misplaced or exposed to unnecessary operational risk.

Our MA-5 unit is positioned as a high-capacity casino card shredder that can shred up to 30 decks per minute. It is designed for both plastic and paper cards, making it suitable for casino floors that use different card materials across blackjack, baccarat, poker and other live card games. The MA-6 unit is designed for paper cards, giving operators a dedicated option for venues or departments that mainly use paper decks.

The shredders are built for practical daily use in casino back-of-house, surveillance-controlled disposal areas or table game operations where used decks must be destroyed quickly and consistently. Matsui states that the units include an automatic sensor that sends the machine into standby mode once all cards in the tower have been shredded. This helps improve user safety, reduce unnecessary wear and support longer equipment durability during repeated use.

Both models come with a twelve-month warranty and full service support, which is important for casino buyers that need dependable equipment coverage and clear after-sales support. For operators, the product helps standardise card destruction workflows, reduce manual disposal time, strengthen internal controls and support compliance-oriented table game procedures.
