Mobivention Lottery Solutions’ Lottery Terminals are modular and Android-based systems designed for state lotteries. The terminals incorporate artificial intelligence for various functions, including playslip recognition. The product is currently undergoing advanced development and field testing.

Core Functionality and Features

The Lottery Terminals integrate AI-powered playslip recognition for processing lottery entries. Additional functions include replay via receipt barcode, prize verification, and a shopping basket display. Document scanning capabilities encompass OCR document scanning and IBAN recognition from Girocard. A proof of concept is available for AI-based ticket recognition.

Technical Architecture

The backend system features a REST CFE API and a Terminal Management System (TMS). The TMS provides device management, user management, a Content Management System (CMS), logging, and statistics. Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions are available, developed in-house using ELO View SDK or through the third-party option Scalefusion.

Hardware Types and Configuration

The Lottery Terminals are available in three hardware types: Consumer, which is cost-optimised; Business, offering a balanced feature set; and Industrial, designed for rugged environments. A recommended standard configuration includes ELO iSeries 5.0 hardware, an ELO add-on scanner, and an Eps.

ID Verification Options

The terminals support multiple methods for ID verification. These include ICAO identity card verification, AI facial recognition which can operate locally or via cloud, and compatibility with the EUDI Wallet.
