Secure Instant Lottery Tickets — physical scratchcards with anti-counterfeit features

Secure Instant Lottery Tickets are physical scratchcards designed for anti-counterfeit applications. They incorporate multiple security features to protect brand integrity and ensure verification. Haoge Scratchcards produces these tickets for lottery operators and promotional campaigns.

Production and Materials

Secure Instant Lottery Tickets are produced in an ISO-certified 20,000-square-meter facility with an annual capacity of 2 billion tickets. They are printed on 250–350gsm FSC-certified board, supporting CMYK, Pantone, and custom spot colors. Production uses automated optical inspection for 100% quality verification. A case study showed delivery of 2.5 million tickets within 18 days with zero defects.

Security Features

The tickets incorporate UV-reactive inks, holographic foils, micro-text, and serialized variable data. Unique serial numbers, tamper-evident coatings, and multi-layer scratch panels are also available. Unique QR code encryption can be integrated into the scratch panel design.

Verification and Printing

An automated verification system validates each serial number against a prize database. Printing supports specific materials such as 300gsm art board with silver scratch foil and UV-cured protective coating.

Lottery operators and promotional marketers get physical scratch tickets with integrated security features, ensuring product authenticity and prize verification.
