Silver & Gold Jackpots — two-level jackpots for small SAS machine pods

Silver & Gold Jackpots is a jackpot system from Prosperity Gaming in the Double Bonus Jackpot Family, designed for small jackpot pods of about 2 to 4 machines. It runs two independent jackpot levels on SAS-compliant gaming machines, with the operator setting the RTP each level contributes.

Parameters and configuration

The jackpot is available in portrait or landscape cabinet format. It has 2 independent jackpot levels that the operator can customise, and the operator sets how much RTP each level contributes. It runs on any SAS-compliant machine and can be emulated on older non-SAS machines. System architecture

The system uses a central server with an individual SMIB attached to each machine. The central server acts as both the jackpot controller and the graphics controller. Autodownload removes the need for manual key-offs or separate accounting.

Player promotions

A Tournament Mode lets the operator schedule or start a competition period in which player spend is converted to points shown on a leaderboard, with the top player winning the prize. A Happy Hour feature lets the operator schedule a random prize giveaway during which players get an added chance to win a predefined prize.

Small pod operators running 2 to 4 SAS machines can set up two jackpot levels with their own RTP split and run tournaments or timed giveaways from the central server.
