Hybrid Online Casino Platform is a white label casino setup in which the operator supplies some elements, such as a Curaçao or MGA licence, game content agreements or PSP relationships, and Machete supplies the rest on one shared platform. It is aimed at operators that already hold part of their iGaming stack and need the remaining components filled in.

Key parameters and commercial model

The operator can bring a Curaçao or MGA gaming licence to the hybrid platform. Each element is priced separately: operators pay only for the parts they take from Machete and keep the agreements they already hold. Hybrid clients run the same full-stack platform as the White Label and Turnkey models, with CMS, CRM, PAM, BI, KYC, risk management and affiliate tools included. Pricing follows the number of elements Machete covers, so fewer Machete elements means a lower commercial share.

Mixed sourcing scenarios

Machete describes two hybrid scenarios. In the first, the operator holds the gaming licence and game content agreements, and Machete connects the game catalogue to the platform and provides PSP solutions. In the second, the operator holds the gaming licence and PSP relationships, and Machete brings the game content agreements. In both cases the operator keeps its existing contracts.

Operations and support

Whichever elements come from the operator and from Machete, the operation runs on one platform with one back office, one reporting suite and one support line. Hybrid configurations can change as the operator adds new licences, markets or commercial agreements.

Operators that already hold a licence, game content agreements or PSP contracts can keep them and pay only for the platform parts they need from Machete.
