Turnkey Solutions is a platform for lotteries, providing technology, consulting, and risk management. It supports operations across both land-based and online channels. The platform is designed to serve both governmental entities and private enterprises in the lottery sector.

Core components and features

The platform incorporates eight building blocks: Draw equipment, RNG, Player wallet, Virtual server, SMS / USSD, Third-party integration, ERP, and VAS. Draw equipment supports games like Lotto, Digit, Keno, and Bingo, with mechanical-mix and air-mix machines capable of handling up to 100 balls. The RNG is industry-accredited and compliant with global gaming testing bodies like GLI. The player wallet offers top-up channels including retail points, vouchers, and mobile money, supporting SMS/USSD, smartphone, and internet betting. It features a dual-balance structure for withdrawable and non-withdrawable credits.

Technical specifications

The draw equipment’s major parameters, such as the interval between balls, are configurable and controlled by microprocessors. The virtual server cloud service includes enterprise-grade Cisco firewalls and LMS for network performance. The SMS / USSD solution is designed for rapid deployment with telecom operators, supporting both pre-paid and post-paid subscribers. The ERP module is compatible for direct integration with the ALOT Systems platform.

Market applicability

The SMS / USSD solution is well-suited for emerging markets, allowing for rapid market penetration due to its compatibility with all phone types. The overall solution targets lotteries operating in both land-based and online environments, serving governments and private enterprises.

Lottery operators running land-based and online channels receive a complete system with integrated technology, consulting, and risk management, supporting games and payment methods across diverse markets.
