Vendor – How to Add a Product on Sologe

Adding your product to Sologe helps you present your solution to qualified industry buyers and potential partners. Once submitted, every product listing is reviewed by our team before it goes live on the marketplace. 

Follow the steps below to create a complete and compliant product profile.

Step 1 — Access the Product Section

1. Log in to your account
2. Go to My Account → Products
3. Click Add a Product at the top of the page

Step 2 — Complete the Required Information

Please fill in all mandatory fields.

Product Name
Use the official name of the product as it appears in your documentation or marketing materials.

Brand Name
Indicate the brand under which the product is sold or distributed.

Short Description (up to 100 characters)
Provide a brief summary of the product’s main purpose or key capability.

Detailed Overview (300–2000 characters)
Describe what the product does, how it works, and where it is used. Focus on functionality, features, and business value.

Content requirements:

• Use a professional B2B tone
• Describe the product clearly and factually
• Do not address players or use consumer-facing language
• Avoid offensive or inappropriate wording

Associated Categories
Select the category that best matches your product.

Allowed Countries
Choose the jurisdictions where the product is available or licensed to operate.

Step 3 — Upload Product Images

Add images that clearly show your product, interface, or promotional materials.

Technical requirements:

• At least one image is required
• Up to five images can be uploaded per product
• Supported formats: JPG, PNG, GIF, BMP
• Recommended size: 1280 × 966 pixels

Images uploaded in other sizes will be automatically resized and cropped by the system, which may remove important visual elements.

Content guidelines:
Images must:

• Represent the actual product or its use
• Be relevant to the iGaming or gaming technology sector

Images will be rejected if they:

• Are unrelated to the product
• Are purely decorative or abstract
• Contain offensive, explicit, or illegal content
• Promote violence or criminal activity

Step 4 — Add a Product Video (Optional)

You may upload a video to demonstrate gameplay, functionality, or system features.

Requirements:

• Formats: MP4 or WebM
• Maximum file size: 50 MB
• Content must follow the same rules as images 

Step 5 — Add a Demo Link (Optional)

If your product includes a demo version, you can embed it using the code below:

Providing a demo is recommended for games, platforms, and interactive solutions.

Step 6 — Select the Product Category

Choose the category that best reflects the type of product you are listing.
This determines where your product will appear in the marketplace and how buyers will find it.

Optional Fields

You can further improve visibility by completing additional fields:

• Associated Sub-categories
• Tags
• Geo Rules
• Technical characteristics and specifications

These fields help buyers filter listings and quickly identify relevant solutions.

Final Step — Save or Submit

After completing the form, select one of the following options:

Save to Draft
Use this option if you want to return later and continue editing.

Submit for Review
Send the product to our team for moderation and approval.

After submission, you will see the confirmation message:

Successfully sent for review

Your product will appear in your list with the status: Pending

After Submission

Once the product is reviewed and approved:

• It will move to the Active Products section
• It will become visible to marketplace visitors

If changes are required:

• You will receive feedback from our administrator
• After updating the listing, it will be submitted for review again.
