Vendor – Communication with buyers

Overview:
The chat allows you to communicate directly with buyers who are interested in your products.

Steps:

1. Log in to your account.
2. Go to My account → Chat from the side menu on the left.
3. You’ll see a list of conversations with buyers.
4. Click on any chat to open the message thread.
5. Type your reply in the message box at the bottom and press Enter or click Send (paper plane) icon.
6. Check your chat regularly to stay in touch with potential clients and respond quickly.
7. To view the chat in a larger format, click the expand icon (two diagonal arrows) in the top-right corner of the chat window – this will open the conversation in full-screen mode.
8. To manage a conversation, click the three-dot menu in the top-right corner:
   • Mute conversation – stop receiving notifications for this chat.
   • Delete conversation – remove the chat from your list.
9. The chat automatically shows message timestamps and keeps all conversations in chronological order.
